The INFANT PROGRAM is a balance of physical and mental stimulation, including grasping, pulling, pushing, sitting, crawling, standing, oral-aural stimulation, singing, musical stimulation, and nursery rhymes. Babies are held, rocked and loved throughout the day. Babies are cuddled when fed on a modified-demand schedule which is evaluated daily via parent-teacher conference and written reports. Nursing mothers are strongly encouraged to continue to nurse their babies and will be given the cooperation of the staff to enable them to be successful. The INFANT PROGRAM is committed to ease the transition of both the parents and their child.
